I lost my Two-Factor Authentication code, what can I do?
When Two-Factor Authentication is activated, the system gives you a password that helps to recover your data.
In case you also lose your backup code, then the only way to recover your account is in this way:
- You must provide your personal documents (copy of ID or driver license)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- After documents are sent and approved, you can recover your account within 30 days, if account has an activity (account login) before this deadline, you can not recover your account.
